PERSONAL TRAINING

Our training is not your ‘average’ fitness program. We believe that being physically “Fit” has just as much to do with skill as it does with ‘working out hard’. Personal training sessions are designed to teach you a vast array of fitness/life skills and help you master your physical realm. The one on one coaching, with your chosen coach,  is designed to provide direct results based upon your personal fitness level at a pace that you set, whether you are new to exercise or you have specific performance related goals.  Form will be corrected, weaknesses addressed, personal records set, strengths enhanced, and progress made. The personal training sessions will make sure that you get the most out of your workouts and achieve your ultimate goals.

Personal Training = £31.00 per hour
