‘RAMP UP’ PROGRAMME
The first step to becoming part of the EF community is to sign up to our ‘Ramp Up’ Programme.
You deserve to be happy and confident whilst training, and that’s why our gym induction lasts for 12 hours and not the usual 5 minutes. You will work on a 1 to1 basis with one of our coaches for 12 sessions. These one hour sessions are spread over the course of a month and teach you everything you need to know in order to progress to our group coaching sessions.
We’ll evaluate your fitness at the start, and the end of these 12 sessions so you can see for yourself how much you’ve improved.
During these initial sessions you can expect to experience;
- increased fitness
- weight loss
- improved body composition
- increased strength
- changes to your eating habits and lifestyle that when maintained, will lead to life-long health, vitality, longevity and happiness
Ramp-Up Programme = £99
ADULT GROUP COACHING
Once you have completed our ‘Ramp Up’ phase, you will continue your development in our fun, effective and constantly varied group classes. These group coaching sessions will continue to improve your cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy and body composition.
A coach will ensure proper mechanics are adopted in a safe and friendly atmosphere, whilst providing a healthy dose of motivation.
Remember, we will properly evaluate your athletic and physical fitness level and then scale each exercise and workout to your abilities. No one is ever too out of shape or in too good a shape for this class!

JUNIOR COACHING
This programme is created to get junior athletes in top physical condition. The classes are designed for children who are looking to have fun with fitness and get into shape, AND for the serious athlete who wants to excel in their chosen sport. The aim of the programme is to combat the trend of overweight children in our country, develop a lifelong love of working out, and build confidence. Utilising body weight exercises and unique physical circuits, the athletes will enhance their cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The classes are offered in a group setting allowing great peer to peer motivation, along with friendly competition. For children looking to get into the best shape of their lives or to succeed in sport and fitness, or for parents looking to introduce their child to fitness, this class offers the ideal opportunity, in a safe, fun and highly motivating environment.
